Welcome back to school. We have had a super first week! I am delighted to tell you how we have introduced a new reward system to recognise all the children who keep the class rules every day. Every child receives a personal ‘dojo’ emoji for good behaviour and all children can earn additional dojos for good work, manners and showing kindness to others. Every Friday the child with the most dojos, the class winner, gets to choose from the prize box and has their photograph displayed in the hall.
Once the class has reached a total of 500 dojos, the class receives a reward from a list of choices that they have compiled themselves.

We are delighted with our new Astro turf and playground markings. The children are thoroughly enjoying the outdoor environment and basketball courts.

Queen’s Platinum Jubilee
As the official bank holiday for the jubilee on 3rd June falls within the half term break school are taking the day on Friday 29th April. School will be closed on that day and the bank holiday 2nd May.
