Dogs on School Premises

Dogs are not allowed on school premises, they should not be brought onto the playground at any time.

Parking Around School

Please be considerate of neighbours and other parents and children when parking around the school area. Parents have complained that people are blocking Willow Tree Avenue making it impossible for them to drive down the road.

School Nurse

On Tuesday 27th February the school nurse is holding a drop in session from 8.30 until 9.30. Please call at the office on the 27th if you would like to discuss any concerns with the nurse.

Dance Performance

There are 3 shows 19th, 20th and 21st of March at 2.15. Tickets for the performances are on sale from the school office £2 for adults and £1 for any children.

All children from Reception to Year 6 will be taking part in the shows.

Invacuation Procedure

Part of the Government safeguarding recommendations is that all schools should have an evacuation procedure and invacuation procedure.

As a school, the children are used to leaving the building when the fire alarm is sounded as a practice once a term.

There will be an invacuation practice on Monday 26th Feb at 2.30pm. The teachers will be talking to their classes about what will happen if the school ever needs to invacuate. This might be needed for a number of safety reasons: a dog on the playground, knife attack, terrorist attack.  Please be assured we will not be causing unnecessary fear or anxiety to your children and will be keeping the practice short.
